Shipping & Returns
All orders (worldwide) are shipped from our HQ in Sweden. We use DHL, FedEx and PostNord depending on buyer's shipping location and product. All our items are in stock (unless otherwise stated) and we ship them within 24 hours (Mon - Thur).
- Standard Shipping - Sweden (2-4 days) FREE
- Standard Shipping - EU (2-7 days) FREE
- Standard Shipping - Rest of the world (3-10 days) FREE
- Express Shipping (1-3 days) €60
Our shipments will be delivered to a package center or to your door. If delivered to a package center, you will be notified via text message or email.The package/shipment will be held at the service destination for 14 days if nothing else is communicated. If the package/shipment is not claimed/collected within 14 days it will be returned to us, and is subject to a fee.
If you chose to pay with credit card the charge might still show up on your statement, depending on the order value.
Please keep in mind to always pick up your shipment on time and within the 14 days specified above.
(Please note: Customs fees / import duties are not included when shipping to locations outside EU)
